On the occasion of the sixth edition of Tram dell'Innovazione®, organized by Women&Tech® ETS - in collaboration with ABB, Banca Generali, Carrefour, Cisco, Fastweb, Intel, Kelly Services Italia, Nexi, SAP, Siemens, TeamSystem, the project is venturing beyond all boundaries, offering a unique experience within the Metaverse.
From October 5th to 9th, the Milano Digital Week 2023 will be held, with a focus on "Developing the limits for an inclusive, sustainable and ethical digital transition and technological innovation.” What could be more suitable than a Metaverse experience, representing the forefront of innovation!?
Embarking on a digital journey, the Tram dell’Innovazione® project, crafted by Gianna Martinengo of Women&Tech® - Associazione Donne e Tecnologie, sails into the Web3 space, providing a richly immersive interaction unlike any traditional channel.
Aimed at broadening public engagement with digital innovation topics, the project offers a dynamic way to explore and understand the pervasive impact of technology, merging immersive user experiences with pivotal technological discussions.
The symbiotic relationship between The Nemesis and Women&Tech® signifies a concerted effort towards a future of innovations; the collaborative journey reflects a shared vision, one that embodies creativity, inclusivity, and groundbreaking initiatives in the digital domain.
But, which activities will users be able to engage in within the new digital realm?
Let's find out together!
MILANO DIGITAL WEEK 2023, A NEW INNOVATIVE JOURNEY FOR TRAM DELL’INNOVAZIONE®
First, how can users enjoy the experience? They can access the Metaverse for FREE via mobile app (available on both iOS and Android) or web browser and experience a unique gaming journey. People can create their own unique avatar thanks to our partnership with Ready Player Me (here's a demonstrative video) and live the real experiences of the Milano Digital Week in the virtual world. Access available by signing up at this link.
This will all be possible because we have recreated the architecture of Piazza della Scala and Piazza del Duomo, the city of Milan's landmarks, and two iconic vehicles: the vintage tram and the ultra-modern Tramlink.
The following video visually conveys how unique the experience inside the Metaverse will be:
Users, once on board the virtual trams, will be able to attend live webinars and interact with the speakers in various ways, asking questions and taking part in real-time polls. These speeches will also be shown on big screens placed along the route, so that users can enjoy the content as if they were physically present.
The whole experience will be enriched with exclusive gameplays, such as thrilling Trivia Games, and surprises, linked to the cultural curiosities of the city. Users will be able to explore and discover all the features and experiences. They will have the opportunity to obtain a designed avatar skin specifically for the event, and many others activities.
A NOVEL APPROACH TO EXPLORING AND EXPERIENCING CITIES
The Metaverse certainly represents a new tool for visiting cities in an entirely novel way. It's a great opportunity, especially for reaching Generation Z, which is highly attuned to gaming language, and introducing them in an innovative manner to exploring their own city or the promoted events.
Generation Z and Generation Alpha are the future, and what better way to connect with them than through an innovative platform like the Metaverse!?
They can, like all users, explore a city from another part of the world, take part in events, gather information about the various organizations participating in the Milano Digital Week, and, most importantly, have fun together.
The potential of the Metaverse lies precisely in the combination of exploration and gamification, allowing people to truly have a unique experience.
Get ready and remember: Metaverse made easy.
