WHAT RCMs DO
The main role of Regional Community Managers is to grow the community and keep it a lively, friendly and a welcoming place: invite friends and members of other groups, interact daily with them, answer their questions and take part in discussions. RCMs should be able to convey the project vision with an infectious enthusiasm, such as showing the community the exciting things we are doing, helping members with technology and involving them in gameplays and in Play to Earn games. A key element is also community engagement: RCMs should arrange fun activities in game or on social media, such as private matches and social media contests, with the aim to increase project awareness.

Who is a RCM?
RCM is the acronym of Regional Community Manager and is a The Nemesis community moderator on Discord who works to create and develop a strong community in a specific country. RCMs only work in their mother-tongue, in a Discord channel inside The Nemesis server which is arranged for reference language; for each language there might be more than one RCM.
What does RCM team mean?
As each community can be managed by more than one RCM, the term RCM team refers to the whole team of RCMs, considering them collectively.
What are the RCM’s goals?
The goals of a RCM are building, developing and feeding the community in order to increase the number of its members and their engagement and proactivity on Discord, in The Nemesis Metaverse and, in general, in all activities promoted by the Brand.
What are the RCM’s KPIs?
The KPIs are evaluated on a monthly basis, in an incremental or percentage way, with specific reference to the number of users joining The Nemesis server using the Regional Community Managers referral link, to the number of private matches arranged in the Metaverse, the number of community members' interactions on social media and the number of Discord monthly event's participants voting for the best RCM of each community.
What is the KPI about the number of users?
The number of users is a KPI which refers to the activity of a single RCM. As a RCM, you’ll need to reach a minimum of new users per month in order to access the COINS reward for the RCM team. Each RCM has their own Discord invitation link and, on a monthly basis, The Nemesis will check how many members joined the Discord community through the same and reward the RCM for each new user. Users leaving the server before the monthly check will not be counted.
What is the KPI about the in-game private matches?
The in-game private matches KPI refers to the activity of the RCM team. Each Team shall organize RC-NITRO matches in The Nemesis, as a way to involve the community members and improve their retention and in-game skills. On a monthly basis, The Nemesis will check how many matches have been organized and gives the RCM Team a COINS reward for each match.
What is the KPI about the social content production and interaction?
The social content production and interaction KPI refers to the activity of the RCM team. Each RCM Team shall involve the community in creating contents for social media. On a monthly basis, The Nemesis checks how many contents have been provided and shared by the community and, if the goal is reached, gives the RCM Team a COINS reward.
What is the KPI about the monthly Discord community event in the Metaverse?
There will be a Discord community event every month. Each community has a referral link to access the event. A certain percentage of the community will have to take part in the event and vote for the best RCM, who will get a bigger part of the RCM Team's COINS rewards.
How does The Nemesis reward RCMs?
The Nemesis rewards the Regional Community Managers through COINS.
What are COINS?
In-game COINS is an essential part of The Nemesis: it’s a database stable coin with a value of 0,01 USD. RCMs can trade COINS for NEMS to cash out.
